BHASTRIK MECHANICAL LABS PRIVATE LIMITED manufactures hydroformed components, hoses (factored items), deep drawn components, special seals and thin walled vessel. BHASTRIK design and manufactures u form and toroidal bellows to E.J.M.A. Standards. The Speciality extends to manufacturing odd shaped bellows either they are hydroformed or formed mechanically.

BHASTRIK has developed the technology of manufacturing edge welded (diaphragm) bellows. This is one more in-house technology.

BHASTRIK is highly conversant with austenitic grades of stainless steel, inconels, Hastealloys just to name a few in ferrous material. This extends to nonferrous materials like brass, cupronickel, copper, phosphor bronze as well.

BHASTRIK possess the capability to join similar and dissimilar metals of very thin cross-sections by welding using laser beam welding, Micro Plasma and Micro TIG welding machines.

BHASTRIK has identified engineering industries who have attitude, aptitude to excel in their sphere and formed a consortium to help the like minded and the customer which ultimately saves the customer from the hassles of sourcing. A step in the direction of contract manufacturing.
